We love our products and think you will too! But if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return or exchange within 30 days, no questions asked.
Returns
We're happy to accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the arrival date. Please note, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Email hey@ananday.com to start the process.
If 30 days have gone by since the arrival date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
We recommend getting a tracking number and insurance for return items. Ananday is not responsible for the loss of items being returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Lost or stolen packages
We offer shipping protection at checkout. If your order has shipping protection and is lost or damaged, please email hey@ananday.com with your order # to start a claim.
By opting out of shipping protection, Ananday is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit.
For unprotected orders, we will follow the claims policy with the carrier to either locate your parcel or deem it as lost. This may take 6-8 weeks and is at the discretion of the carrier.
If your unprotected order has a GPS location or photographic evidence that it has been delivered to your property, is with a neighbor, or at a secure location, Ananday is not responsible for a refund or replacement.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hey@ananday.com.
