Where does Ananday ship?
Ananday ships within the continental U.S. (for now).
We’re working on bringing Ananday to more places. Tag us @heyananday to let us know where you live!
How soon will I get my stuff?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Then one of our carriers picks steps in.
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to the West Coast.
You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
If you need rush shipping, please reach out to us at hey@ananday.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.
P.S. Standard shipping is free when you spend $99 or more.
How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and zip code/destination.
How do I get free shipping?
We're happy to offer free shipping on orders over $99 to the contiguous U.S. *where shipping does not exceed $20*.
Free shipping will automatically be applied to orders that are over $99 before taxes and after discounts are applied. Online gift card amounts do not apply towards free shipping threshold.
Having problems with tracking?
You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. In some cases the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hey@ananday.com. We’ll look into it for you.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hey@ananday.com.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Ananday products are durable and made to last. On the off chance that there is anything lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
